Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Subject to the applicable law and to this Refund Policy conditions, you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days following the day of your first purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.

No refund will be issued after 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.

No refund will be issued in case access to the Services has been granted by you to a third party deliberately, by mistake, or in any other way.

    No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond our control. They include, but are not limited to:

  • You do not have Internet access;
  • You do not follow the guidelines of our customer support team via email or telephone call;
  • You do not accept our technical assistance;
  • Personal reasons (for example, I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, the Services were not used, etc.).
